Returns Policy Furniture Reflections want you to be completely satisfied with all of your purchases, and so offer a seven day money back guarantee. To return an item within the seven day period, contact our support desk via e-mail. Any money that has been paid will be refunded within 30 days, provided that the products are returned in the same condition they were in when delivered, and in their original packaging. Postage and delivery costs are not refundable. Furniture Reflections is not responsible for return postage or return delivery costs unless the goods are faulty in which case we will cover all costs.
